Eipc Balloons is an original way to decorate your screen. It is a screensaver that floods your desktop with dozens of coloured balloons. Those balloons rise without stopping giving a lot of colour to your desktop.

The Eipc Balloons user can specify the speed and density of the balloons. Also, those balloons can move to background music. That music comes from an MP3 file that you can choose.

To work correctly you need to previously install DirectX 9.0 or later.
